Natural England have published a new set of evidence briefings, which have been written by Becca Lovell at the European Centre for the Environment and Human Health. They are aimed at policymakers, practitioners and those in a position to enable the use of nature for health. They cover a series of topics, each looking at an aspect of how we interact with the natural environment: mental health, physical activity, obesity, physiological health, education and learning, and connection to nature. They are erudite, brief and extremely useful to all those interested in the general topic. They can be downloaded at the Beyond Greenspace Blog here.
